Repair calls and replacement leads need different pages

The homeowner whose air conditioner quit this afternoon is making a different decision from the homeowner comparing replacement options. Both may search for an HVAC company, but the page they need should answer a different set of questions.

For urgent repair searches

Lead with the service, service area, hours, and the easiest way to call. Explain what happens next. A mobile visitor should not need to search the page to find the phone number.

For replacement searches

Explain how estimates work, the types of systems you install, and what information the homeowner can prepare. Give them a clear path to ask for a conversation rather than forcing them through an emergency-service message.

Keep the campaign focused

Separate ad groups and focused pages make it easier to see which searches produce useful conversations. Track the call and the outcome, not just the click. That information helps you decide where the budget belongs as demand changes through the season.
